It was an audited PERM?
I looked at your signature timeline and it says "LC denied due to date missing on ad portion." Could you please clarify what happened? My job ads are running right now for PERM LC and not sure what I need to keep from the newspaper ad.
I have taken screenshots of Job Order, Yahoo HotJobs, Professional Organization, University Placement etc. I hope the screenshots showing the ad and all the dates would be good enough.
Did they send you RFE for all the job ads and is that how they found out the date missing? I did not know people get RFE for job ads. Thanks.

Just a thought..if your lawyer has all the papers...he should also have your Medical examination report.....If you decide to file on your own where are you going to get the medical examination enveloe from ??? Hope u have thought about it

This is what i got on 29 Nov-2007

My attorney got letters that my wife and daughter got denied as mine was denied..i am runing out of time and still do not know why it was denied..
we are at the same address where we got our EAD's and AP's and we have been checking the mail box every day to find out the reason.
if somebody who knows or gone through the same please share with me what you did and what happened.

Hi,
While filling the Labor my attorney used my education (Bachelor's degree BSc Comp Science and one year of diploma in computer science) and as well as the experience which was 8 yrs in 2008 for EB3. Then my labor got approved. So we applied for I140, then USCIS had an RFE on my case saying this education is not enough so my attorney prepared some documents showing this BSc Comp science is equivalent to US 4 yrs degree. Then in a month time immediatly I got my I140 denied, So after that my attorney appealed with I290 form, Still got rejected in 3 months then again my attorney re-appealed to it by adding some more information to it. So now the status is showing as Initial review with AAO.

Any thoughts why EB2 India hasn't gone beyond Apr 04 for over a year.
Is this because of EB3 to EB2 conversions? If so then the likelihood of EB2 - I dates moving a lot in Oct bulletin are low.
Are there any 'guesstimates' out there for the number of EB3 to EB2 conversions?
Based on posts from a number of reasons, the reason for EB2 India moving slowly are:
- lots of 485 applications (remember that EB2 India had been stuck at Jan 2003 for a LONG time, and all those people got to file only in July 2007)
- conversions of EB3->EB2
- LC substitution ending in mid which caused a lot of dormant LC applications lying around, to get used up and filed

I went to usa on h4 one yr back.h1 is approved on nov2007.Before approval i faced one query because my employer assaign she is going to work on particular location,he mentioned city of USA also.So they raised query why only that place.My employer replyed that query and after few months i received I-797B form in the place of I-797A approval notice.That says i am not applied h1 from USA.In that time we mentioned, we are applied from USA.In that situation i have to go for stamping .But I have other option,we amended that h1 I-797B.We did premium process.With in one month i got h1 approval notice in nov2007.

You also might try a less busy background - the stripes are a little distracting. You could fuzz them with a wider aperture (a 50mm f/1.8 is cheap and good for portraits or when out shooting random subjects). Have you tried converting this one to B&W? Sometimes that's more pleasing with high contrast.

After QGA and IV and all of us sending so many faxes etc, they did not even mention about EB visa issue in the SJC.

Obviously the efforts of us, IV and QGA have not been sufficient. I am not
in the least balming anyone. I for one feel IV has done exemplary work.
But the critical question is do we need to do anything different ?
Core memebers of IV, ragz4u et al, do you think we need to take a harder look and see if we are on the right path ? Did something not work as expected ? I read in one of the core memebrs post that IV members are in DC talking to senators office. Did senators office play ignorant in the SJC after being sympathetic to us ? What baffles me atleast, is the total
apathy and seeming ignorance to our issue on the part of senators. After all
our efforts. What went wrong ?

In fact if you look at it, they are better off with us stuck in H1 and waiting for our EAD. This is not my assumption, but is based on an informal discussion with one of my dept. heads. We don't think we, the legal immigrants, can go out in a half a million strong rally. Can we? what options do we have now? I do remember how the favorable clauses were just trashed away, way back in jan'06.

I have registered on USCIS website for I-485, AP and EAD. When I logged on today I saw last updated date modified to 11/25/2007.
Email notification for all the registerd cases is turned on. I did not receive any email notification for the updates
Just wondering if some one else in the same boat not receiving emails.
